90 Day Plan. Week 03

You should now be starting to get fat adapted as long as you have not cheated!

So, you should be less hungry and your portion sizes will therefore drop a little but please remember my main mantra: Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full.

Also, do not try and run before you can walk, so no skipping meals or starving yourself please!
Talking of walking we now need to up the steps to seven thousand a day.

If you do feel hungry between meals have a packet of pork scratchings or some cheese.

Do not be tempted by bread or toast or chocolate bars.

You have come so far so do not fall off the wagon now.
And remember to drink lots of water.

Breakfast: Smoked salmon, avocado, 2 scrambled eggs

Lunch: Ham and salami salad

Dinner: Lamb cutlets with Greek salad

Tips

Coffee to go? Order an Americano with a dash of pouring cream rather than a long milky coffee. There are far fewer carbs in cream and you need the healthy fat the cream provides. But then don’t overdo it! Have one or two a day then take it black. Have a dash of full fat milk in tea.

Having a hungry day? First drink water to make sure you are not just dehydrated. Then, if you must snack, snack right!

Eat a packet of Pork scratchings. They are great as they are full of fat and loads of salt.
Eat a wedge of cheese.

Eat a few spoons of Full Fat Greek Yoghurt.

Have some ham or salami.

Handful of nuts.

Hungry last thing at night? Have a bowl of full fat Greek yogurt with a few raspberries, or a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle of cinnamon.

But please remember only eat when you’re hungry and stop when you are full, even when snacking.
