You need to start thinking harder about what is actually happening when you do a traditonal “eat less & move more” type diet. The two things that are guaranteed to make you hungry are:
1. Cutting your food intake
2. Exercising hard
So no wonder it’s so hard to lose weight. The difference on our plan is that you never ever need to go hungry. You don’t count calories and you don’t cut your portion sizes. Therefore you don’t need to cheat.
