So what can you eat on a Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) diet?

The simple answer is that on a LCHF diet you can eat real foods like meat, steak, bacon, a fry up, cream, cheese and even drink red wine!

What do you not eat on a Low Carb High Fat diet? On LCHF you do not eat sugar, bread, pasta, rice, beer or starchy carbs like potatoes.

The most important thing to tell you about the food that you are going to eat is that I can honestly say that since I changed my eating habits I have not gone hungry. Ever.

Plus, the initial weight loss was extraordinary. I lost four and half stone (63 pounds) in the first six months.
