A Low Carb High Fat diet and lifestyle like Simple as Fat can help to achieve rapid and sustainable weight loss. That means losing the weight and keeping it off.

If you are wondering how long it takes to achieve this kind of weight loss, I can share my experience with you – in just six months of eating Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) and walking, I lost four and half stone and completely reversed my Type 2 Diabetes. I no longer need any medication to ‘control’ this so-called chronic condition

I have spent the best part of the last two decades following the dietary advice of the NHS, putting on more weight and being prescribed more and more medication to manage my Type 2 Diabetes. There are no two ways about it: I was on the road to an early grave.

As soon as I realised that I could lose weight in a sustainable and real way, and that I could reverse my most serious health problems, I wanted, and needed, to share it with the world. This is why I started Simple As Fat.

If you, like me, have been living under the shadow of diabetes or you’re just unhappy being so fat, I’m here to tell you that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and the solution is not a ‘light’ spread, it’s full-fat, baby!

The best news is that losing weight and reversing my Type 2 Diabetes aren’t the only health benefits I’ve noticed from following the Simple As Fat LCHF lifestyle.

My high blood pressure has returned to normal. My digestive system is mightily improved. The gout that used to flare up every so often is gone. And, boys, so is the erectile dysfunction.

People have been telling me I look twenty years younger.

Keep checking back to this section to find out more about the multiple health benefits of the Simple As Fat lifestyle, as we explore the science and evidence behind LCHF with the world’s top medical experts.
