Lamb Cutlets with a Greek Salad

Lamb is the ideal Fatty meat when you’re eating Low-Carb High-Fat – and cutlets make a fantastic LCHF meal, because they’re so easy to cook.

The combination of sweet meat, browned fat, salty olives and feta cheese in this meal is delicious.

Tip: You could make these with chops instead of cutlets, but we think these little cutlets are a lot tastier. The pink meat is sweet and tender and the browned fat at the edges is delicious!
