  • Clear your cupboards of all the foods that are not on the plan, yes all your biscuits, pasta, bread, sugar, potatoes, rice etc. Click here for a full list. Don’t eat it, bag it all up and take it to your local food bank on your way to your first Simple As Fat grocery shop. Don’t concentrate on these foods that you can’t eat (these are the foods that have made you fat after all!), just think about all of the delicious things you’ll be swapping them for: steak, sausages, cheese and cream, these are just a few of the things on your shopping list this week!
  • Weigh yourself, measure your chest, waist and hips and take a photograph of yourself in the mirror from front on and from the side. Read this article to find out why we suggest you don’t just rely on the scales. We know these may be the last things you want to do at the moment, but with Simple As Fat you’ll be losing weight from your very first week and as soon as you start to feel your clothes getting a little looser you’re going to kick yourself for not having recorded your starting point.
  • Make use of the website. We have hundreds of interesting articles, videos and podcasts on here and we keep adding more (as well as delicious Low Carb Healthy Fat recipes). So start by reading everything on this page and then keep coming back to the site to learn more.
