Welcome to the Simple As Fat family

Congratulations for taking the first step to taking back control of your weight and health!

Now that you’ve joined there are a couple of things you should do:

  • Join the Simple As Fat Private Members Group by clicking here. This is where you can get guidance, support and motivation from people just like you. It is a real community that will be there for you through this life-changing plan. We have found that the people who are members of the Group are the most successful so we really recommend you try it. Join Jon every Sunday at 10am for his weekly Facebook Live where he answers your questions about the SAF lifestyle. 
  • Clear your cupboards of all the foods that are not on the plan, yes all your biscuits, pasta, bread, sugar, potatoes, rice etc. Click here for a full list. Don’t eat it, bag it all up and take it to your local food bank on your way to your first Simple As Fat grocery shop. Don’t concentrate on these foods that you can’t eat (these are the foods that have made you fat after all!), just think about all of the delicious things you’ll be swapping them for: steak, sausages, cheese and cream, these are just a few of the things on your shopping list this week!
  • Weigh yourself, measure your chest, waist and hips and take a photograph of yourself in the mirror from front on and from the side. Read this article to find out why we suggest you don’t just rely on the scales. We know these may be the last things you want to do at the moment, but with Simple As Fat you’ll be losing weight from your very first week and as soon as you start to feel your clothes getting a little looser you’re going to kick yourself for not having recorded your starting point.
  • Make use of the website. We have hundreds of interesting articles, videos and podcasts on here and we keep adding more (as well as delicious Low Carb Healthy Fat recipes). So start by reading everything on this page and then keep coming back to the site to learn more.

Now you’ve taken these four quick steps you’re ready to get started.

The good news is that losing weight with Simple As Fat really is simple.

  • Follow the 90 day plan (that means no cheating!)
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Get your steps in
