Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons peppercorns
  • 70g butter
  • Glug of wine (red or white)
  • 1 shallot or half an onion
  • 100ml beef stock
  • 70ml double cream
  • Spoonfull of mustard, english or dijon, as you prefer.
