Raspberry Ice-cream

Making this super-simple iced cream and fruit treat is so easy, anyone can do it!


  • 600ml double cream
  • 150g raspberries, crushed


  1. Whip the double cream into soft peaks.
  2. Add the crushed raspberries and whip together.
  3. Spoon into an airtight container and pop into the freezer.
  4. After an hour, take out, stir and pop back in the freezer.
  5. Serve with a few raspberries on top.

Tip: Get creative with your ice cream toppings, why not add low carb nuts, dark chocolate or strawberries?
