Making this super-simple iced cream and fruit treat is so easy, anyone can do it!
- 600ml double cream
- 150g raspberries, crushed
- Whip the double cream into soft peaks.
- Add the crushed raspberries and whip together.
- Spoon into an airtight container and pop into the freezer.
- After an hour, take out, stir and pop back in the freezer.
- Serve with a few raspberries on top.
Tip: Get creative with your ice cream toppings, why not add low carb nuts, dark chocolate or strawberries?
