Salmon Tray Bake
Cooking the whole meal in one dish, all at once is quite simply the easiest way to make dinner. And this salmon tray bake is full of healthy fats. A true one pan dish makes a great Low Carb High Fat supper. Serve with lemon mayonnaise and generously dusted with Parmesan cheese.
Tip: For extra greens add a handful of broccoli florets into the bowl make sure they are doused in oil before they put everything in the oven.
