Taco Shell Chilli

Taking things to the next level of low carb high fat chilli recipes.

Serves 2

Ingredients: 

  • 2 servings Simple As Fat Chilli
  • 200g cheddar, grated

Method:

  1. Preheat the over to 180.
  2. Space rounds of grated cheese on a baking tray at a couple of centimetres apart.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, until going golden at the edges.
  4. Remove from oven and leave to cool for 1 minute before you remove them from the tray and shape them and leave them to continue to cool.
  5. Serve with the chilli.

Tips: Serve this with guacamole or avocado, red onion, red chilli and coriander salsa and soured cream or creme fraiche if you wish!
