Tomato Soup

Everyone loves tomato soup, but usually it is loaded with added sugar! Making your own low carb high fat version could not be easier though…

There is so much you can do to spice up this recipe. You can literally add spice, a fresh chilli or chilli seeds added with the garlic gives it a great kick! You can swap the thyme for basil or a tablespoon of pesto stirred in or dolloped on top. Shredded mozzarella makes a great topping too!
