I do not have many before photos as I know how bad I look in them so I tend to avoid the camera. This picture of both myself and my daughter was taken in May 2018 and I remember feeling very uncomfortable in my trousers as the waistband was tight as were my sleeves. It was at the end of June 2018 that we started LCHF. I weighed 15st 5lb and wearing a size 18 top and bottoms (although I have been heavier). I now weigh 12st 10lbs and am feeling extremely motivated. I will post my weight loss picture in a few weeks as I have just brought a new evening dress so thought I would glam up for my next photo. There was a time when I wouldn’t tell anyone my weight but everyone is so supportive on the SAF group I feel I can do this without being judged.”

“I started in September after nothing was working. I was struggling to get up and down stairs without getting out of breath (lots of heavy breathing!) and weighed 19 1/2 stone. Most of my t-shirts you could see my belly with as they would not meet the top of my trousers even though XL. My waist was a tight 40 inches. Now, after completing the 90 days at the weekend I’ve lost over 2 stone, and have lost nearly 4 inches off my waist as was able to get into 36 jeans the weekend. (they were tight but I managed it!!!)
